Once your order is validated, a confirmation email will be sent to the address used during the purchase.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
If you wish to modify or cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes once the order is being prepared or has been dispatched.

Delivery is free for all orders over 100£.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number to follow your parcel online.
Returns and Refunds
6. What is the return period?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return all or part of your items.
7. What are the return conditions?
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
They must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless defective.
8. How do I make a return?
Before sending your parcel, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization.
After approval, return your parcel to the following address:

We recommend using a tracked shipment with proof of postage.
9. What are the return fees?
A fixed return fee of 5.99£ will be deducted from your refund.
Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of error or defective products.
10. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving your parcel or proof of shipment.
They are credited to the original payment method used for the order.
Bank processing time may take an additional 5 to 10 business days, depending on the institution.
Payment
11. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
Some banks may require additional verification (3D Secure, Verified by Visa, etc.).
12. Can I pay with PayPal or PayPal Credit?

A 6.5% tax is applied at checkout.
It is calculated on the total amount (products + delivery).
For orders with free delivery, the tax applies only to the products.
