Return and Refund Policy
At Rugby Shop, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions described below.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return all or part of your order.
After this period, no return requests will be accepted.
2. Return Acceptance Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be new or like new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags intact and attached.
Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Customized or made-to-order products, as well as items showing signs of wear, are not refundable, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.
3. Return Procedure
Before sending any return, you must contact us to obtain return authorization.

Your full name
Your order number
The reason for the return (e.g., size exchange, refund, defective product, wrong color, etc.)
Photos of the item, if applicable
No return will be processed without written confirmation from our customer service team.
4. Returning the Package
Once your return request has been approved by email:
Repack the items in their original packaging (box, bag, etc.).
Include a note or copy of your order confirmation with your full contact details (name, address, email, phone number).
Label the package correctly with our return address:

Drop the parcel off at your nearest post office.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the proof of postage.
The package remains your responsibility until it is received by our team.
5. Return Fees
A fixed return fee of 5.99€ will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount.
Initial shipping costs (outbound delivery) are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
Product is defective or damaged upon receipt
Wrong or incorrect item sent
Pricing or description error on our part
Delivery delay caused by circumstances beyond our control
Or any other case where you are legally entitled to a full refund
6. Exchanges (Size or Color)
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, please specify it clearly in your return request email.
Once we receive and validate your returned item, we will send the replacement product to the delivery address listed in your account.
To review or update your contact details, log in to your account → My Account → Address Book → Edit, then click “Save.”
7. Refund Timeline and Method
We will process all eligible refunds as quickly as possible.
If you exercise your right to change your mind, your refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the day we receive your returned product or, if earlier, the day you provide proof of return shipment.
All refunds will be made automatically to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Bank processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Responsibility
Returned parcels remain under the customer’s responsibility until received by Rugby Shop.
We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected parcels.
